Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Ororis we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 30 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Ororis when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

We don’t take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Ororis when sent back.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 28 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at [email protected]

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.

OUR POLICY

We take pride of our Ororis items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
